Georgetown Home Renovation
The owner purchased a former rental unit and updated it to a lovely contemporary bungalow. ATX Design Build worked with her design and helped her achieve her vision.
Driftwood Kitchen Renovation
ATX Design Build designed and built a new kitchen for this country living family. 12 ft was added to the depth of the kitchen, taking the existing patio. Custom cabinets, dry stack tile, fine granite and beautiful wood flooring contributed to the rustic feel of the renovation.
East Austin ADU Renovation
An old garage was in the middle stages of renovation to transform the space into a studio apartment. The builder was fired and ATX Design Build took over the project. Much of the project had to be reworked due to poor workmanship and many code violations. The final product was a lovely additional dwelling unit ready to return investment profits.
A Houston investor purchased a 40 year old building for retail lease space. The Driftwood property was originally 3 modular buildings placed on a prime corner lot. A steel skinned single wide mobile home was attached then enclosed with framed walls. We demolished the mobile home and removed it piece by piece through a 3 foot door. We then proceeded to transform this former haphazardly constructed mess into a professional photo studio and adjacent retail space. Craig’s vision was a rustic exterior with an ultra modern industrial loft style interior.
